The ebuild needs poppler[cairo] but:

  EAPI.incompatible             1                                                                                                                                                   
   mail-client/claws-mail-pdf-viewer/claws-mail-pdf-viewer-0.9.3.ebuild: DEPEND: Use deps are not allowed in EAPI 0: 'app-text/poppler[cairo]' 


So feel free to bump the eapi, add the use deps and keyword for amd64 at same time.
