According to headers in files, there are at least the following licenses:
   vim
   GPL-2
   GPL-2+
   GPL-3
   GPL-3+
   MIT
   BSD
   WTFPL-2
   public-domain

However, most files don't have any license information.

These were already in LICENSE, thanks radhermit.

I've added also vim.org there. Let's consider this bug fixed, since I don't think that we'll get anything better.
