it happens with my new 2.6.4 kernel too, but not with my 2.6.3 kernel (that I compiled with another version of genkernel). Is it the problem, then? or is it the kernel version? I'm closing this bug as a duplicate of #38360 since that deals with the "root mounted twice" issue which causes the problem. The /tmp/.initrd issue is solved in genkernel-3.0.2_rc1 as well as the modules.cache issue. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 38360 *** |
