The ebuild installs only a single shell script from FILESDIR, but with about 100 lines it's long enough to be copyrightable. So some sort of license is needed.

Looks like this was a dependency of kernel.eclass which was obsoleted in 2004. Currently the package has no reverse dependencies, and I doubt that the script has any uses besides Gentoo specific kernel patching.

Can we mask it for removal please? We can reiterate the issue if anyone then speaks up that he still needs it.
