on an amd64 system with ABI=amd64, libprojectM.pc is incorrectly installed into /usr/lib/pkgconfig/ rather than /usr/lib64/pkgconfig/

$ qlist -e libprojectm | grep pkgconfig
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/libprojectM.pc
