Actually, after looking at the changes between build, I've got my own theory: shouldn't that AS_IF condition in automagic.patch go '[test x"$with_libmkl" != x"no"]' ? Looking at the patch a bit longer, the other needed change will probably be 'test x"$with_libmkl" != x"" -a x"$with_libmkl" != x"yes"' for the second test. Yeah that could do it, but I don't see the USE flag for that enabled, so there is another one. Okay this should be fixed now. Thank you guys! |
