version bump commited. Not heavily tested yet. After I've put together a test
plan a bit will leave to the arch testers to check for ppc sparc amd64....

There are still some bugs in the ntlm patches that were included. version
1.6.37 is in portage though.

The error is evident with USE=ntlm and john -test. Any other problems just post
them here.I'm probably missing some documentation that is present in version
1.6. Version 1.6 documentation should be effective.

Ok I've commited version 1.6.37-r1. Fixes lots of previous errors.

Request arch test.

sparc, ppc, alpha testers - This new version uses assembly code for optimisation that was not in the previous version.

amd64 testers - There is a different compile mechanism under mmx use flag (32bit + mmx instruction) vice without (native 64 bit),

If someone has a K6 can they also test it. This is detected with CFLAGS containing on of: "-march=k6-3", "-march=k6-2", "-march=k6"

To test:

/usr/sbin/john -test

will do a self test. It fails on SKEY and I'm trying to work this one out. The rest should work ok.

johntheripper-1.6.37-r1 works without any problem on ppc. Masked stable.
