tcl lists gentoolkit as a dep so as to have revdep-rebuild. This is only required if someone is upgrading from 8.3. I think this dep can be removed, and someone could to the postinst output where to get revdep-rebuild if it's necessary
This is a bigger issue than I can handle just now, as it goes towards policy of upgrading. Don't we have a tcl-team?
