netpanzer 0.1.5 is available now. Copying netpanzer-0.1.4.ebuild to
netpanzer-0.1.5.ebuild is enough to get it working.

@mr_bones: Why didn't you use "jam -sDESTDIR=${D} install" for source package
like I had in my submitted ebuild for netpanzer 0.1.4. Settings DESTDIR instead
of all the installdirs manually is the preferred method for installation and
works nicely since netpanzer-0.1.4. (For the datapackage we have to stay with
the old method since we still use the same data as in netpanzer 0.1.3).

Matze - I didn't use your ebuild for the last version bump because I had
already bumped the version before I saw your bug report.  I didn't even look
at the ebuild you attached, sorry about that.

I'm checking out your changes and the version bump for 0.1.5 at the moment.
