Dependency adjusted, should be on your local rsync mirror in a few hours, thanks for the report. I'm not sure about the policy regarding version bumps but I'd say a bump to -r8 would have been appropriate. My situation is subversion already installed with USE="webdav-serf -webdav-neon" and happily working until I upgraded it on Nov 9 2011 and on Aug 6 2012 (probably because of revdep-rebuild). I had serf:0 and serf:1 installed before rebuilding it on aug 6 and the changes in the ebuild trigger no rebuild at all and revdep-rebuild doesn't report any breaking. # genlop subversion * dev-util/subversion [...] Wed Nov 9 22:55:33 2011 >>> dev-vcs/subversion-1.6.17-r7 Mon Aug 6 01:37:36 2012 >>> dev-vcs/subversion-1.6.17-r7 Sun Sep 30 23:28:00 2012 >>> dev-vcs/subversion-1.6.17-r7 I don't really use it regularly on my server but I made at least one commit in may 2012, which puts it in between the first two instances of 1.6.17-r7. Again, I don't know anything about the version bump policy but to me it doesn't look like it is supposed to go like this. Anyway, it's working after a rebuild. |
