rapidsvn does not have an icon after installation.  I am guessing it is caused by KDE not supporting the .ico installed by the ebuild.  Instead of installing src/res/rapidsvn.ico for the application icon, one or more of the following files should be installed instead:

src/res/bitmaps/logo.png
src/res/bitmaps/logo_128x128.png
src/res/bitmaps/rapidsvn_16x16.png
src/res/bitmaps/rapidsvn_16x16.xpm
src/res/bitmaps/rapidsvn_32x32.png
src/res/bitmaps/rapidsvn_32x32.xpm
src/res/bitmaps/rapidsvn_48x48.png
src/res/bitmaps/rapidsvn_48x48.xpm
src/res/bitmaps/rapidsvn_128x128.png

Good spot. Thanks for reporting. On gnome it works, but I will install the rest too.
