Target arches are amd64 and x86, all packages passed a repoman check.

Added kipi-plugins-2.6.0-r1 to fix a configuration issue (the scanner flag was setting the cmake configuration option "WITH_Sane" when it should have been WITH_KSane, so the scanner backend would not build, see bug 430302). This is a build change, so it will need testing, but please stabilize that version of kipi-plugins instead. Re-added AMD64 because of this.
