That is just a development snapshot, we usually only add them when there is good reason to. In this case, "omg it's fast" might be a good enough reason however. ;) pixman snapshots have historically been very stable. I emailed x11@ ("Adding unstable pixman versions to portage") and didn't get any responses, so there must not be any objections. Beyond that, it would also help Soren get wider testing. I say let's add it. I'll do it soon if no one beats me to it. hmmm I missed that 0.27.2 is development snapshot.
