iroffer-dinoex is the successor of iroffer (see #97105).

It’s an IRC bot to share files via DCC:
=> groups of packs, password protected packs
=> multiple IRC networks, IPv6, SSL, CertFP
=> passive DCC
=> build in HTTP-server, buid in Telnet-server
=> UPnP, XML Packlist
=> FISH encryption
=> transfer of files >4GB
=> batched transfers
=> ruby scripts, ruby-cgi
and many others features.

I will put it on Sunrise in few minutes.
