Try `rm -r /var/tmp/portage && emerge clang` and let us know if that solves it. It didn't help. Would you attach the contents of /var/tmp/portage/sys-devel/clang-3.1-r4/temp/clang-3.1-increase-parser-recursion-limit.patch.out? I have attached it already. This particular patch has DOS-line endings. What is your version of patch? If you do not have 2.6.1, this will fail for you. I converted the patch in CVS, so it should work on your next sync (In reply to comment #5) > I have attached it already. Sorry about that. I was extremely surprised that you encountered this issue and missed that when double checking things. (In reply to comment #6) > This particular patch has DOS-line endings. Vladmir, would you post the output of `emerge --info patch`? Valdmir, I suspect that your system is out of date. Patch 2.6.1 should have prevented this issue. Which version is present on your system? That is. I really had the old version of patch (2.5.9). The problem is solved. Thanks! |
