Archtested on x86: Everything OK.

1) =media-libs/allegro-5.0.5 compiles successfully with various use flags.
2) Rdeps that link against allegro compile successfully.
3) Repoman reports no issues.
4) Verified functionality by playing several games that utilize the allegro library.
