No one has asked for jack so far, and none of us use it. This would involve either keywording or use-masking of media-plugins/gst-plugins-jack by alpha, arm, hppa, ppc, ppc64, sh, and spark. Jack itself has sufficient keywords itself. @gnome, @gstreamer: thoughts? I have no problem on adding in for next revbump I wouldn't want to ask tons of USE flags in this bugs, but the same could go to cdparanoia, faac, ladspa, oss4, schroedinger, x264, xvid to name a few important plugins. Alas, media-plugins/gst-plugins-oss4 disapeared from the official tree a while back but I guess many people, including myself, keep a local ebuild. I have no clue on the deprecated oss front end, but oss4 is pretty good and @gstreamer could take it along with oss. Fixed, thanks for reporting. +*gst-plugins-meta-1.0-r1 (06 Jan 2013) +*gst-plugins-meta-0.10-r8 (06 Jan 2013) + + 06 Jan 2013; Alexandre Rostovtsev <tetromino@gentoo.org> + +gst-plugins-meta-0.10-r8.ebuild, +gst-plugins-meta-1.0-r1.ebuild, + metadata.xml: + Add cdda, jack, libass, opus, x264, xvid USE flags that users have been + requesting (bugs #412183, #422637, #442566, #450332).
