patch to ebuild
patch to add CFLAGS -mminimal-toc to ebuild
else build fails about 1/3 way through in 'xmloff'
# I used this in /etc/portage/package.keywords app-office/libreoffice * app-office/libreoffice-l10n * media-gfx/graphite2 * sci-mathematics/lpsolve * sys-libs/db ~ppc64 dev-util/mdds * app-text/mythes * dev-libs/hyphen ~ppc64 app-text/libwps * virtual/ooo * media-fonts/libertine-ttf * I would rather use this patch than fiddle with cflags: http://patch-tracker.debian.org/patch/series/view/libreoffice/1:3.5.0-2/no-minimaltoc.diff Anyway first before I apply it I want to know if ppc64 is even interested in adding libreoffice there. I'd prefer that we get to gcc-4.6 and binutils 2.22. That will fix this problem and no need to edit the ebuilds. CC back ppc64 if is needed (at proper time) Are you guys still interested? The patch is no longer needed. (In reply to Tomáš Chvátal from comment #6) > Are you guys still interested? > > The patch is no longer needed. Seems no. |
