Due its removal in favor of avahi:

Please drop its dependency or let me do it (in that case tell me if you prefer
its removal with a revbump or not)

Does it need revbump? Looks like it's using mdnsresponder avahi compat layer and, then, maybe it doesn't need it, but I don't know much about how ntp code handles this and if it will require a recompilation to use avahi instead of real mDNSResponder... :/
