kde-base/dolphin exe files preview don't works

How to reproduce:
1) install kde-base/dolphin ( as part kde-meta package )
emerge -av kde-meta.
2) enable exe file preview.
Result : fail

I did not find any flags to enable required  dependencies and not find any elog messages for this problem.

for reference:
gnome use media-gfx/icoutils for this feature, fedora&& suse, imho, 
use wrestools [1] for preview exe(PE) files
