bind 9.1.3-r6 can't be started as user named...there's a quickfix by adding 
the [pid-file "/var/run/named/named.pid"] directive to /etc/named.conf and 
create the dir /var/run/named chowned named.named.

Another problem is that /etc/init.d/named contains the start params --user 
named which does not seem to have any effect? the server starts as root anyway.
