1.
mplus-outline-fonts does not contain IPA font without USE=ipafont. It is described in metadata.xml to merge with ipafont. so "with IPA font" was removed from DESCRIPTION field.

2.
HOMEPAGE field was updated due to DEPEND=(>=media-fonts/ja-ipafonts-003.02) with USE=ipafont.

3.
There should be IPAfont License with USE=ipafont.
