1) autotools-utils_src_install should pass args correctly nowadays,
2) .la removal procedure has been simplified and no longer uses USEflag.

gromacs-4.5.4-r1 is the last version using autotools and gromacs-4.5.5 is going stable (bug #391147).

After that we will remove gromacs-4.5.4*
