ACE 5.4 ebuild

Updated ebuild for dev-libs/ace
New ace library had sub-dirs under usr/include that needed to be copied.
Current, all files are copy, though we don't really need the source files
(.c/.cpp)

I checked in your 5.4 ebuild and masked it to let more people test it. (this is
usual policy).

About your beta ebuild: I don't know if this is really needed. If it is then
feel free to open another bug for it. But be aware that the naming should be
something like ace-5.5_beta.ebuild or similar.
