Kde-artwork will create xscreensaver desktop files if xscreensaver is
installed. However it does not depend on xscreensaver so the dependency is not
clear. A local useflag could probably fix this.

Yes, this should definitely be use flag controlled as this dependancy is not a
required dependancy but an optional one. (Plus, xscreensaver isn't detected at
run-time only compile-time)

Any chance on getting such a useflag in the 3.3.0 release?
