92-cyberjack.rules
The attached udev rules are necessary to start the pcsc daemon when the reader is plugged into the system. Works like a charm here (tested with cyberJack RFID standard).
Note: It would be possible to drop 'ATTRS{idProduct}=="0500' from the rules file which is what the "official rule" does. But I wasn't sure if every 0c4b should start the pcscd. Thanks. I knew they were missing but wasn't sure what was the proper way of doing them, and been waiting for the maintainer, Wolfram, for them. + 30 Oct 2011; Samuli Suominen <ssuominen@gentoo.org> + cyberjack-3.99.5_p02.ebuild, +files/cyberjack.rules: + Install udev rules file wrt #388329 by Christoph Brill (If anyone is having issues with this, please reopen as I'm still not 100% positive on this) |
