patch to set minimum fribidi version
This says you need fribidi 0.19.2, or greater. http://www.fvwmforums.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=2769 USE="amd64 bidi debug doc elibc_glibc gtk2-perl kernel_linux lock multilib netpbm nls perl \ png readline rplay stroke svg tk truetype userland_GNU vanilla xinerama" emerge fvwm >>> Installing (2 of 2) x11-wm/fvwm-2.6.2 # grep fribidi fvwm-2.6.2,ebuild bidi? ( >=dev-libs/fribidi-0.19.2 ) # grep fribidi /etc/portage/package.keywords =dev-libs/fribidi-0.19.2-r1 ~amd64 You realise of course you now need stabalise fribidi-0.19.2 (In reply to comment #1) > Can you post the fribidi version you are using? Stable version, ATs policy says that we must use all stable packages ;) Yes. But, right now that fvwm 2.6.2 is in unstable this patch can just be applied. Then we can worry about stabilizing both. A bug in the ebuild is a bug in the ebuild, even ~arched ones. + 03 Oct 2011; Jeremy Olexa <darkside@gentoo.org> fvwm-2.6.2.ebuild: + increase needed dev-libs/fribidi version, bug 385169 |
