patch to build against poppler 0.18
Here's a patch, that makes xpdf build (and run) with poppler 0.18.
However I'm about fifty-fifty on it being correct - getRawStream -> getNextStream is most likely correct (as per a git commit comment), but I'm not sure about the typecast.

As other changes in that same commit handle casts the same way, I'm pretty surethat those are all right as well. http://cgit.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler/commit/?id=baf54c2876edd476ffc68da6 Patch works for me as well, thanks a lot!
