As a workaround, if I remove the line !virtual/xemacs Things work as expected. A runtime dependency requiring that it isn't installed doesn't make sense, anyway. hmm, seems like a portage bug This is actually a bug caused by a bug introduced by mkennedy -- no virtual/xemacs entry was added to the "virtuals" files in the profile directory. Matt, please add the virtual/xemacs entry and I'll tackle this Portage bug. OK, the part of the bug that I'm responsible for will be fixed in Portage 2.0.2 fixed |
