Description aditsu 2011-09-05 11:15:59 UTC
After upgrading seamonkey to 2.3.1, it gave me a bunch of error messages about openpgp and enigmail. Some of them seem to have gone away, but there is still at least one message that comes up when I reply to an email:

Title: OpenPGP Confirm
Message:
Failed to initialize Enigmail.
Send unencrypted message?

I never used OpenPGP and Enigmail and have no intention to use them. I don't have them installed, and they are not enabled in seamonkey.

Reproducible: Always

Hmm, on second thought, I'm not so sure it's a duplicate, since I don't have enigmail installed and I don't want to use it. I'll add some screenshots and let you decide.

Ctrl+Shift+A -> Extensions. Is enigmail enabled? If so disable it and the messages should be gone.

Oh, you are right. It had an enigmail extension and it was enabled, I don't understand why. After disabling it, it seems to be ok.
