True happens here too. Not really on every time a windows is created. It happens mostly when logging out from kde or when opening yakuake for the first time from time to time. This is an upstream bug, not a gentoo fault. Most likely that is a bug in the X server which is exposed by KDE. https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31017 Likely the case. I saw the this garbage the first time just after xorg 1.10 version bump It's not exactly as per comment 2 since i see garbage (that always disappears) on every window and menu appearing, but indeed happens only with KDE Should be fixed by xorg-server-1.11.1, please reopen if it is not. I can confirm it is fixed here with xorg-server-1.11.2-r2 Thank you |
