The duplicity crew does not support old releases. If they receive a bug report, they will first ask that you update to the latest, which is 0.6.14 right now. 0.6.06 is extremely old.

Duplicity's build system and requirements won't be changing for a long time to come (since they're tied to RedHat's life-cycle) so it really should be a very simple bump.

Here's the addition.

(I'm actually not entirely sure why the COPYING file needs to be removed, but I'm guessing it's because Gentoo already handles licensing in its package manager.)
