The following ebuilds are using a rather non-standard SRC_URI protocol
specifier-

net-mail/spampmd-2.11.ebuild
net-mail/spampmd-2.11-r1.ebulid
sys-apps/nictools-20030719.ebuild

all use mirrors://gentoo instead of mirror://gentoo ; I asked carpaski about
this, aparently it should be the latter instead of the former.

They appear to work still, but are definitely non-standard- only these 3 use
mirrors instead of mirror in the entire tree...

sys-apps/nictools is fixed (it's my package).
spampd belongs to mkennedy.

both are fixed now.
