app-arch/rar 3.2.0 depends on sys-libs/lib-compat, but doesn't actually need it. It does, however, require the 32-bit emulation libs in app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-baselibs. With these installed it seems to work fine, you could add this platform with these 2 changes. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
rar-3.2.0 is now masked for x86, when it was stable before: -KEYWORDS="x86 -ppc -sparc -alpha" +KEYWORDS="~x86 ~amd64 -ppc -sparc -alpha" Portage is now suggesting I downgrade to 3.1.0.
