- Please ignore it.
- It's not a regression.
- It's a pseudo-bug in distutils_src_install() in distutils.eclass in EAPI <=3.
- distutils_src_install() in EAPI >=4 uses `dodoc -r` instead of `dodoc`.
- distutils.eclass inherits python.eclass. python.eclass doesn't yet support
  EAPI >=4, so converting of ebuilds to EAPI >=4 is not yet possible.
