I'm getting the same error. I think it's just a parallel make issue. In your output I can see that it's trying to create /usr/share/doc/26686.tmp before creating /usr/share/doc/. Try with MAKEOPTS="-j1". Created attachment 269351 [details, diff]
parallel make fix
This should fix the above error.

dodoc: look for schema.OpenLDAP in doc/
Now I'm getting an error in dodoc.
* QA Notice: file does not exist:
*
* dodoc: schema.OpenLDAP does not exist
It does exist, but it's in doc/.

fix paths of schema.OpenLDAP and sudoers2ldif
Same thing for sudoers2ldif.
With sudo 1.8.1, some LDAP breakage was to be expected. http://blog.flameeyes.eu/2011/04/06/there-s-a-new-sudo-in-town For me MEKEOPTS="-j1" did not work but -ldap app-admin/sudo-1.8.1 compiles well (In reply to comment #6) > For me MEKEOPTS="-j1" did not work but > -ldap app-admin/sudo-1.8.1 compiles well My second patch addresses that. There are two problems here, for me anyway. I get the same errors assigning to base-system Thanks Fabio for reporting and Chris for the fixes; have you sent the Makefile patch to Todd already? By the way ldap support might not work at all for what I can tell, so if you find further issues with that please try the 1.7.6 version: I have no way to test the ldap part and that bothers me quite a bit. No, I haven't sent the Makefile patch to Todd. > By the way ldap support might not work at all for what I can tell, so if you > find further issues with that please try the 1.7.6 version: I have no way to > test the ldap part and that bothers me quite a bit. I'm not even using ldap. I only have the use flag enabled because it's enabled by default. If you could please send it to Todd so he can properly credit you for it, that'd be the best ;) Uhm, the LDAP support should really not be enabled by default, thanks for letting me note that, I'll see what to do about it. I think it's enabled globally for all desktop profiles. I'm using default/linux/amd64/10.0/desktop/gnome. |
