We are still undecided whether we should go with the bumps of the Intel Parallel XE suite or the individual components. But we will find a solution. Are you using the icc/ifc from bicatali overlay? Currently I am using the ifc in portage (no overlay): [I] dev-lang/ifc Available versions: 10.0.026-r1!m!s!t (~)10.1.017!m!t (~)10.1.018!m!t (~)11.1.056!m (~)11.1.056-r1!m (~)11.1.072!m {idb +mkl} Installed versions: 11.1.072!m(01:06:36 PM 07/13/2010)(mkl -idb) Homepage: http://www.intel.com/software/products/compilers/clin/ Description: Intel FORTRAN compiler suite for Linux I need to update to SORCE_URL: http://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/irc_nas/2096/l_fcompxe_intel64_2011.3.174.tgz Trying to hack the ebuild for dev-lang/ifc, in a overlay. Along the way, a growing list of things changed: 1. They dropped a separate download for ia64. 2. They changed file name format for the download (and I haven't figured out how to use ebuild conditional syntax to compensate, so I hard coded for x86_64. 3. They changed the directory rpm to rpms 4. pset/install_fc.sh is now pset/install.sh But I'm finding more issue... like right now it is failing on the copy to /var/tmp/portage/dev-lang/ifc-2011.3.174/image/ cp -pPR ${DESTINATION}/* "${ED}"/${DESTINATION}/ || die "Copying ${PN} failed"; I can attach my ebuild... but it's not working. not working, semi-updated ebuild
Work in progress update to Intel FORTRAN compiler version 2011.3.174
Please try the bicatali overlay. It has ifc-12 in there. http://git.overlays.gentoo.org/gitweb/?p=dev/bicatali.git;a=summary I can look into that. Thank you. now in sci overlay. +*ifc-13.0.0.079 (16 Sep 2012) + + 16 Sep 2012; Justin Lecher <jlec@gentoo.org> -ifc-11.1.072.ebuild, + +ifc-13.0.0.079.ebuild, metadata.xml: + Version Bump, #361539; Drop old, #410815 + |
