On a business trip and the internet connection is worse than I thought. Give me a couple of days.
Comment 2 Eray Aslan gentoo-dev 2011-03-28 11:51:53 UTC
Done.
Comment 3 Steve Kutnar 2011-03-28 14:32:49 UTC
Is there something special I need to do to get Postfix to install with this? My emerge list shows virtual/mta blocking mail-mta/postfix. I did just update postfix by itself, but "emerge -auvDN system" shows the following at the bottom:

--

[blocks B ] virtual/mta ("virtual/mta" is blocking mail-mta/postfix-2.8.2)

Total: 37 packages (32 upgrades, 2 new, 1 in new slot, 2 reinstalls), Size of downloads: 61,957 kB
Conflict: 1 block (1 unsatisfied)

 * Error: The above package list contains packages which cannot be
 * installed at the same time on the same system.

Comment 4 Steve Kutnar 2011-03-28 14:34:52 UTC
Sorry, I'll try re-emerging gnupg first and see what that does.
Comment 5 Steve Kutnar 2011-03-28 14:46:20 UTC
I apparently need to add a bug for gnupg, as trying to emerge it causes the block.

Nope. The problem is with mail-mta/postfix which contains a spurious blocker against virtual/mta.
Comment 7 Ulrich Müller gentoo-dev 2011-03-28 15:19:00 UTC
*** Bug 360935 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
Comment 8 Steve Kutnar 2011-03-28 15:25:04 UTC
Okay. I'm assuming Postfix will be getting fixed without me needing to enter a bug for it. Is that correct?

Yes.
Comment 10 Eray Aslan gentoo-dev 2011-03-28 17:26:30 UTC
Fixed. Sorry for the trouble.
