This version is required for new net-voip/linphone-2.4.1, see bug 354533 for details.

Support for the new AMR Narrow Band audio plugin is added. Please note, due to license clash between opencore-amr (Apache2) and mediastreamer (GPL-2) the resulting binary is ok to use, but is not redistributable, that's why bindist use flag is used. See bug 299405#c6 for details.

I tested this codec with linphone on ~x86 and is pleased with the result.

This version compiles, but is subject to the same v4l-1 problem as earlier versions if >=linux-headers-2.6.38 are used and libv4l is installed. (See Comment 2 of Bug 361107)

I haven't upgrade my desktops to 2.6.38 yet, so I can't test this right now. I'll take a look at it later after upgrade.
