this warning is obsolete, as evms patches are included in the recent
gentoo-sources kernel.

The msg is incorrect, but gentoo-sources does not have EVMS2 patches(it has
device mapper patches). EVMS2 will work okay without any patches (other than
device mapper), but some features won't be supported. But I already fixed this
locally earlier(while working on the evms-2.2.1 ebuild), I just haven't
commited yet. I'll close this after I commit.
