The dev-ruby/railties-3.0.3-r1 fails to build with:

Generating guides requires RedCloth 4.1.1+.
rake aborted!


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE=doc emerge -av =dev-ruby/railties-3.0.3-r1
2. wait for failure
3. 

Actual Results:  
Errors with missing gem dependency.

Expected Results:  
Compiles correctly.

Should just be a missing dependency on redcloth.

Sorry I forgot these pieces of information.  Like I said should be a redcloth dependency but let me know if you need anything else from me.

Fixed in CVS for railties-3.0.3-r1. Thanks for reporting!
