New dependency

http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Jamu#Getting_Started
xml v41660 or higher Note: On Fedora 14 the package is called "PyXML"

Added dev-python/pyxml as a dependency as suggested in bug 345271.

Updated for git

The big difference from the two is the MYTHTV_COMMIT which is passed to the eclass so the correct snapshot is pulled.

Updated ebuild

This one required a bit more cleanup from upstream - I merged in the eclass code and the gentoo jamu contributions. I made jamu a non-default (I'm not sure that we should be sticking that in cron.hourly/etc by default).

Please test. If it is OK I will get this into portage in a few days.

Ok, it is in portage. Please let me know if you have any issues.
