Reconsider the glib dependency, is it really using glib 1.2 with gtk+ 2.x?

gnome? ( gnome-base/gnome )

  BAAADLY broken, -NEVER- depend on the whole gnome distribution. find the dependencies.

Why do you have gtk  enable/disable logic inside the src_compile but not in DEPEND? the console version will always depend on gtk+ ?
