version bump from logrotate-3.7.8 to logrotate-3.7.9

- ebuild copied
  changed KEYWORDS to testing

- reusing patches, apply also to 3.7.9

- compile tested on amd64
  introduced a warning:
config.c: In function 'readConfigFile':
config.c:1461: warning: format not a string literal and no format arguments

- shortly tested on amd64, appears functional
