I've tested on a dual core G5: gentoo-ppc64 ~ # uname -a Linux gentoo-ppc64 2.6.32-hardened-r23 #1 SMP Sat Oct 30 23:55:59 EDT 2010 ppc64 PPC970, altivec supported PowerMac7,2 GNU/Linux With the blessings of the ppc64 team, may I go ahead and mark it stable?
