portagefilelist.de and my own system confirms that the emul libraries don't provide a 32bit version of libnotify. Seems like it could be useful to exist in emul-linux-x86-gtklibs or such, assigning to amd64 Doesn't emerge games-simulation/secondlife-bin work for you? installing secondlife-bin does not fix the problem with x11-libs/libnotify ;) (the binary is an third-party viewer http://www.phoenixviewer.com/) Please let me set severity. As you can see searching by "emul-linux", bugs related with requests about including libs for make third-party apps work have severity "enhancement" since current policy is to try to only include new libs required by packages in the tree to prevent make emul packages grow forever. On the other hand, for third party application would be much better solve bug 145737 ... but I don't have any idea about multilib-overlay progress :-| Fixed in 20110129 |
