puppet-master[12610]: You have configuration parameter $classfile specified in [puppetd], which is a deprecated section. I'm assuming you meant [agent]

Renamed config sections (and binaries) in puppet >=2.6 brings this warning in /var/log/messages.

My sugesstion for later use: the init scripts should renamed also.
