dev-lang/ruby-enterprise-1.8.7.2010.02-r1 has been in the tree for a month with no open bug reports. Stabilizing this version will also make it easier to stabilize various ruby packages that support the ree18 RUBY_TARGET.

Builds and runs fine on x86. Tested a few rdeps, but many are not ree18-aware. This is fine by the Ruby Team.

Please mark stable for x86.

It might make more sense to hold off a little bit, since I forgot to include the other list of other common ruby packages that need to be stable also before we can stable other ruby packages with target ree18. I'll try to do this asap.
