Currently the sys-apps/pcsc-lite lists http://www.linuxnet.com/middle.html as its homepage. While there is a link on this page towards the pcsc-lite, the real homepage for the project itself is http://pcsclite.alioth.debian.org/ (correct me if I'm wrong).
