You can only run these tests if dev-db/couchdb is installed and running. Not sure how we could test for that in the ebuild? Can't you run a local instance of couchdb, and refer to that? Kinda like virtualx.eclass does with Xvfb? I have added RESTRICT=test to -r1 until someone wants to give starting local couchdb a try. Thanks, I think that should be enough to close this bug for now (in particular since, in practice, I maintain this both in the tree and upstream). What? No a RESTRICT is NOT a RESO FIXED. Fine, I'll WONTFIX it then. |
